Hikari CS (in full: Hikari Customer Service, and you just pronounce it as you read it) is Japanese and stands for light or lighting in the literal or figurative form. And that is analogous to the relief we want to bring to our customers and our customers' customers by offering the best possible service and thus building lasting relationships.
