How it works?
Getting started is easy and straight forward. From the moment we start the intake interview it’ll take about a week to go live.

1. Intake
We start with the most important thing: gathering as much knowledge and information as possible about your company. For this you will receive an intake form that we’ll discuss together. It takes about 30-40 minutes to complete.

2. Training
Based on this information, we’ll create a knowledge base with which we will prepare and train our team of agents. This usually takes a few days depending on the quantity and complexity.

3. Channel Setup
We’ll set up the channels together. For this we have drawn up step-by-step instructions. In this phase we’ll also connect with your systems such as your CRM, webshop and fulfillment. This takes about 15 minutes of your time.

4. Test
Once everything is set up and the team has been trained, we check everything 1 more time. To have this waterproof, we test in several rounds to check if everything is in good condition. This takes about 1 day.

5. Live!
And we're ready to go! In the weeks that follow, we’ll look together at what is going well and what can be improved and adjust our knowledge and processes accordingly, aiming for a magical customer service experience!
